Countam provides cloud-based accounting and business management software for Nigerian businesses, accessible at app.countam.com. These terms govern your use of the website and the service.
New customers receive a 60-day free trial with full access to all modules. No payment card is required. We will remind you before the trial ends at approximately 14, 7 and 1 day(s). If you do not subscribe, your account will pause at the end of the trial and no charge will be made.
Plans are billed annually in Nigerian Naira as listed on the pricing page, exclusive of VAT. Additional users are billed at the published per-user rate. Upgrades take effect immediately (pro-rated); downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Your business data belongs to you. If your trial or subscription ends, you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is securely deleted. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree to use Countam only for lawful business purposes, to keep your login credentials secure, and to be responsible for activity under your account and the accounts of users you invite.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
Countam provides software and record-keeping tools; it does not provide tax, legal or investment advice. You remain responsible for your filings and business decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
